MAPLE BOURBON PUNCH

Maple Bourbon Punch served in wine glass with cinnamon stick garnish.

SPICED MAPLE SIMPLE SYRUP

  • ¾ cup Pure Maple Syrup
  • ¼ cup Water
  • 2 Cinnamon Sticks
  • 3 Cardamom Pods
  • 2 Star Anise
  • 1 Piece of Fresh ginger, roughly ½ inch wide 
  • Juice & Zest of 1 Orange
  • ¼ cup Light Brown Sugar

HOW TO

  1. In a small saucepan add all ingredients and bring to a boil
  2. Boil for 1 minutes and remove from the heat to chill
  3. Once chilled strain out spices

MAPLE BOURBON PUNCH

Yield: 1 bowl of punch, 6-8 drinks

  • 1½ cup Bourbon
  • 6 Dashes Orange Bitters
  • 1 cup Spiced Maple Simple Syrup (the entire recipe above)
  • 1 Bottle (750ml) Prosecco

HOW TO

  1. Combine bourbon, bitters and spiced maple simple syrup in a punch bowl
  2. When ready to serve add ice and prosecco
